This document is the Privacy Policy of the Server-pro.org service ("Server-pro", "Contractor", "we" or "our"). This Privacy Policy discusses the ways in which we collect, use, store and process information that we receive from our customers, visitors to our website ("Users")
2. Purpose

We may also send SMS notifications from our company to customers' mobile phone numbers. Customers must keep all their contact information up to date.

6. Providing access to information

The Customer agrees that such a check may lead to the following consequences - the Contractor's refusal to provide services due to the impossibility of working without the data provided.

In addition, by accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that he is aware of the rights established by the Data Protection Act (DPA - Data Protection Act), the purposes of data collection, and that his personal data is transferred to a legal entity, the Server-pro.org, about the terms of this policy, as well as about accounts and other documents, which are in the "Documents" section. The scope of the rights of the Customer as a subject of personal data is known and understood in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA).
7. Deletion and retention of Personal Information
You may request that we remove your PII, and we will endeavor to comply with such request. However, we may retain and use PII for such period as permitted by best business practice.
8. Security
We have implemented technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to protect PII from loss and from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. Passwords are stored on our server in encrypted form. We have personal information retention processes designed to retain personal information as necessary for the purposes set out above or otherwise to comply with legal requirements. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, our employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information set forth herein.
9. HIPAA
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) does not apply to the services we provide. We are not a "Protected Organization" or "Business Partner" as those terms are defined by HIPAA. Because HIPAA does not apply, our service may not comply with the standards set forth in HIPAA. Accordingly, use of the service must not be used to send, store, or disclose information that would be subject to HIPAA in a manner consistent with HIPAA and its requirements.
